1 General Introduction & Definitions

By accessing 77abx or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If your password is lost or you suspect unauthorised access, contact 77abx support immediately. Any negligence in account security is the user's own responsibility.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

77abx supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The detailed terms are set out below:

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are secured by SSL encryption. Transactions below the minimum deposit amount will not be accepted. User identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.1 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered to the account. In the case of unusual transactions or suspicious activity, 77abx reserves the right to delay a withdrawal or request additional verification. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

77abx offers a welcome bonus for new users and various promotional offers for existing users. Accepting a bonus means the following terms apply:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus balance being cancelled. Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in all such accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited.

4.2 VIP Program

77abx's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Through regular active play, users can gradually advance to higher tiers and receive weekly cashback benefits. The specific terms of VIP bonuses will be communicated separately.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77abx:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Misusing bonus offers or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automation.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the platform environment.

In the event of a violation of these rules, 77abx may close the account and forfeit the balance without prior warning.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the 77abx platform are operated by third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and are completely fair.

6.1 Game Results & Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a game result, the platform's server log will be considered the final evidence. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, 77abx reserves the right to cancel or restart that round. Complaints regarding games may be submitted to the support team.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds for cricket and other sports betting are variable, and 77abx may adjust odds at any time. If odds change after a bet has been placed, the original accepted odds will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the applicable policy for that bet will be announced separately.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure & Suspension

77abx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of money laundering.
• A court order or directive from a relevant authority.

Users may also voluntarily request closure of their account. In this case, any remaining balance will be returned subject to the applicable terms being met.

10 Limitation of Liability

The 77abx platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 77abx is not fully liable for any losses that may occur due to technical issues, server outages, or disruption of third-party services. We do, however, always strive to ensure the highest level of security and reliability.

The user bears full responsibility for any winnings or losses from gaming. 77abx does not guarantee any specific winnings.

11 Changes to Terms

77abx reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, every effort will be made to notify users as far in advance as possible. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. No claims based on older versions will be accepted.

12 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact 77abx's support team in the first instance. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation by mutual agreement. 77abx is committed to resolving disputes through a fair and transparent process at all times.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77abx platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of 77abx. Using, copying, or distributing these assets without prior permission is prohibited.

14 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together constitute the entire agreement between 77abx and the user. Any previous oral or written understandings are superseded by this document.

If any clause of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
